Consequently, all following practices will be compulsory and you have to have a valid reason for not coming. We'll try to plan out the schedule for this week sooner so that you can be more informed, so during this week please refer to the blog daily.
We'll also fix up a 'buddy system' soon, details will be up. This is to assist those who are not prepared for the concert yet. This is very important for those identified as it would be potentially embarrassing to be caught off-guard in the performance...
Sectionals are now all the more important! GRAB EVERY OPPORTUNITY TO PRACTICE YOUR INDIVIDUAL SKILLS! Do it in your free periods! Just go down to the music room and u can practice inside the room itself. (Don't worry u won't suffocate to death there's ventilation and fans)

Okay, here I'll like to address some of the concerns of the members now. I know there's a lot going on and EXCO's ability to function is limited, but please tolerate with us for the week. 7 days and it'll be gone. But then that doesn't mean we're not going to improve to aid the ensemble better. One of the main issues now is commitment and communications. Please realize that even if you have personal needs or urgencies, we cannot know unless you notify someone in authority. Then, we can help you. Being late or even absent, you must know the impact on the ensemble, as others might be waiting for you.
Also, for the members who come regularly, I applaud you for your great efforts to make time. Yet time is very short so you can grab the time before ensemble practice starts to practice your guitar, as you don't get the opportunity to practice the special guitars at home. You will truly be wasting time if you sit around waiting for others.
